We are limited to 5 exam rooms and may not be present during your fur baby exam. If you would prefer to be roomed with your pet please let us know. This may delay appointment time in order to wait for a room to become available.

Dear Client,
Our appointment times are limited. If you must cancel your appointment, we respectfully request a 24-hour notice. Missed appointments, appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows will incur a fee of $35.00.
If you miss more than 3 appointments without notice, we reserve the right to charge you a fee of $75.00.
If you need to cancel an appointment for an Ultrasound or Echocardiogram, we require a 48-hour phone call cancelation notice; otherwise, $200 will be deducted from your deposit.
